RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Lil’ Creatures products and be 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receiving your order.

Orders can be returned back to us in original condition, unwashed and unused including packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund, exchange or store credit. Your store credit is valid for 12 months.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage. (If you paid by PayPal you may be eligible for a refund on your return shipping directly through PayPal. For more information click here.

FAULTY ITEMS:

In the rare event that you have received a faulty item, simply email an explanation and photos of the fault to hello@lilcreatures.com.au and we will action it ASAP. A choice of refund or replacement will be offered once the item has been reviewed and deemed faulty.
