REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Lil’ Creatures products and be 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receiving your order.

  • Orders can be returned back to us for within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund, exchange or store credit. Your store credit is valid for 12 months.
  • Your item will need to be in its original condition (and gift-box when applicable), unworn and unwashed.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage. (If you paid by PayPal you may be eligible for a refund on your return shipping directly through PayPal. For more information click here.
  • You will need to supply the invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  • We will only accept returned items that have first been approved via email.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. First, email us at hello@lilcreatures.com.au requesting a return or exchange with your reasons and proof of purchase.
  2. Once approved by us via email, return the item to: 
    Lil’ Creatures PO Box 4097 Kotara East NSW 2305 Australia.
  3. Pop your items in the post and we’ll let you know when it has been received. PLEASE NOTE:
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service (and keeping the tracking number) as we can’t otherwise be sure that we will receive your returned item.
  • We charge a $10 re-packaging fee for damaged/missing gift-boxes so suggest returning in the original postage box, or one similar to protect it from damage.
  1. Please allow up to 14 days in Australia, or 30 for international, for us to receive your return in the post. We will process it as soon as we receive it.
  2. We will send you an email with your store credit voucher, return confirmation, or the tracking number for your exchanged item, or if we need any additional information.

FAULTY ITEMS:

In the rare event that you have received a faulty item, simply email an explanation and photos of the fault to hello@lilcreatures.com.au and we will action it ASAP.  A choice of refund or replacement will be offered once the item has been reviewed and deemed faulty.

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you return an item purchased through AfterPay, we will issue a store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Lil’ Creatures is unable to offer partial refunds through AfterPay. The store credit will be for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be processed on Afterpay orders.

EXCLUDED ITEMS:

  1. SALE item sales are final and are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned due to change of mind. Size exchanges can be arranged when available, though postage will need to be paid both ways.
  2. PERSONALISED items are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned due to change of mind.
